Please turn on all lights and open blinds before we arrive. We can’t clean what we can’t see and we want to do the best cleaning possible for you

Please leave a space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our vehicle.

We consider an average size room to be no larger than 300 sq. ft.  Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 300 square feet but less than 600 square feet is priced as two areas.

Oversized Hallways, Bathrooms, Entry’s or Walk-In Closets are priced at Room prices if they are over 100 square ft.

This time can vary depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments. The preparation on your part will help things go a lot smoother and faster if you already cleaned up and vacuumed the areas that you want cleaned. As well as move any items off the floor that you want cleaned.

We ask that you move any items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches or into rooms that you aren’t having cleaned, but we will move smaller furniture like dining room chairs, end tables and nightstands as long as they have been cleared off. We don’t move anything with breakables or electronics on them but we ask for them to be completely cleared off before our arrival to make things as efficient as possible. We don’t move heavy furniture like beds, sectionals, dressers and so on. Thanks for your understanding.

Unlike some cleaning methods where your carpets may get soaked and take 1-2 days or longer to dry, our process is typically dry in 1-3 hours. Preventing mold , loosening of the carpets and other potential problems

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

No. As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, we just need to call and do a credit card payment over the phone prior to starting the job. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with a professional receipt. If occupied there must be an adult over the age of 18 present in order to clean.

Yes you’ll need both running water and electricity in order for us to clean. Also we’ll need access to the kitchen sink and a bathroom toilet.
