1. Dry Vacuuming
We remove the insoluble dry grit other cleaners turn into mud. Experts estimate that 74–79% of carpet soil is actually dry grit, sand, and dander.

2. Pre-Spray

3. Agitation (CRB)
After applying the pre-spray, we use a Counter-Rotating Brush (CRB) machine. This isn’t just “scrubbing”; it’s a vital mechanical step that ensures the chemistry actually reaches the dirt.

• ◈Deep-Fiber Scrubbing: While a wand only cleans the surface, the CRB’s dual brushes spin in opposite directions to reach deep into the carpet roots. This ensures our encapsulation solution wraps around every side of the fiber, not just the tips.
• ◈Hair & Debris Extraction: The brushes act like a magnet for hair, lint, and deep-seated grit that even a professional vacuum can miss. 4. Extraction & Rinse
Now that the insoluble soils (the dry grit and hair) have been removed by our vacuum and CRB, it’s time to address the soluble soils—the oils, sugars, and atmospheric grime that are chemically bonded to the fibers.

• ◈Rinsing Soluble Soils: Our high-powered extraction system flushes out the “sticky” contaminants that have been dissolved and suspended by our pre-spray. This ensures your carpet is clean all the way down to the backing.

5. The “Diamond” Pad Cap
While most cleaners stop after extraction, we take an extra step to ensure your carpets are as dry and clean as possible. We use a specialized floor machine with a cotton pad to perform a final cleaning.
